Non-Refundable Services:
Please note that coaching services are non-refundable. Once you have engaged in coaching sessions with Carlu Studio or any associated coaches, we cannot provide a refund for those services.
Refund Method:
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase. If you paid through credit card, it may take an additional few days for the refund to be reflected in your account, depending on your bank's processing time.
Shipping Costs:
Please be aware that the customer is responsible for covering the shipping costs associated with returning the product, unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective item.
Damaged or Defective Items:
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at hello@carlustudio.com. We will arrange for a replacement or provide you with a full refund, including any shipping charges incurred.
